Introduction to Fortune Telling
If you’ve ever been curious about that future or saw The Craft and wanted in on black magic, Introduction to Fortune Telling is the class for you! In this class you’ll learn the basics of cheiromancy (the fancy fortune-teller term for palm reading) as well Rider-Waite Tarot. You’ll also learn the nitty-gritty bits for being a fortune teller: from cleansing spaces to taking payments to getting an apprenticeship. After a few weeks, you’ll be able to impress people at parties, find out about your potential lover’s baggage, and use a tarot deck like a therapist! So come one, come all*!

Introduction to Computer Programming
Is a workshop which guides students through the basics of making computers do new and interesting things. The course is designed around the teaching materials available at The goal is to provide group discussions and expertise to help advance through those materials. Like any good programmer, we decided to build on the work of others and we feel that we complement dry, impersonal lectures with personal insight and one-on-one tutoring.

Documentary Tuesday
Every Tuesday at 8:30PM a documentary will be shown accompanied with popcorn and a discussion. Come on out and if you have any suggestions for a documentary please let us know!

Beginning Performance Art
This class will focus on the theory and practice of performance art and how it influences our society. Specific exercises, readings, videos, and other media will be shared within the class as we build a progression & cultivation of our own work.

Radical Art History
In this class we will address themes dealing with the intersections of art and activism and how they influence community. No supplies are needed unless otherwise noted.

Acting in Real Life

Basic principle of workshops is energy transfer through acting! How to make yourself open to energy and how to close yourself off to energies e.g. close yourself off to negativity. Structure of workshop is introduction (informal lecture format) to energy awareness, and then series of games based on awareness and transfer.

Healing with Traditional Chinese Medicines
Self Healing. Introduction to Chinese medicine and philosophy. Mind and body centering. Acu-pressure techniques that can be used at home. Weekly classes that can build momentum.

Ed Talks:
A one day event where community organizers, artists, writers, professors, and various other people host a workshop about their work, or theories relating to particular subjects.It creates a space for various organizations to help promote their cause and enables people to think about issues and solutions within their community. Usually accompanied with food and refreshments.
