Introduction to Fortune Telling
If you’ve ever been curious about that future or saw The Craft and wanted in on black magic, Introduction to Fortune Telling is the class for you! In this class you’ll learn the basics of cheiromancy (the fancy fortune-teller term for palm reading) as well Rider-Waite Tarot. You’ll also learn the nitty-gritty bits for being a fortune teller: from cleansing spaces to taking payments to getting an apprenticeship. After a few weeks, you’ll be able to impress people at parties, find out about your potential lover’s baggage, and use a tarot deck like a therapist! So come one, come all*!

Dates/Time: Mondays at 9pm through February and March @ Spider House. Look for the sign that says “Fortune Telling.” 😉

Introduction to Computer Programming
Is a workshop which guides students through the basics of making computers do new and interesting things. The course is designed around the teaching materials available at The goal is to provide group discussions and expertise to help advance through those materials. Like any good programmer, we decided to build on the work of others and we feel that we complement dry, impersonal lectures with personal insight and one-on-one tutoring.

Documentary Tuesday
Every Tuesday at 8:30PM a documentary will be shown accompanied with popcorn and a discussion. Come on out and if you have any suggestions for a documentary please let us know!

Intro to Film Acting

A focused on-camera workshop for actors and directors of all levels These workshops will offer students fun interaction with the camera and help them develop their skills of visual communication.

Dates/Time: March 11 at 8:00pm @ 21st Street Co-op.

Photography & Adobe Lightroom Workshop

This course is a basic introduction to photography.We will explore image-making, and how digital photography has evolved over the last decade. But basics are still the same; composition, motion, light, and the aesthetics of the medium.
